White SRO is the sole company authorized to use, promote and commercialize the Velocifero trademark. Any unauthorized use of the trademark, models or Velocifero materials — including promotion, sales, representation or publication — constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights. Any entity or individual acting in the name of Velocifero without written authorization from White SRO will be prosecuted, both civilly and criminally, in every competent jurisdiction.
White SRO enforces a zero‑tolerance policy against imitation, counterfeiting and unauthorized use.
